GCP IAM Parser: Critical Type Handling Fix Resolves Parser Execution Failure

What Changed

GCP IAM parser updated from version 3.0.6 to 3.0.7, adding explicit type conversions for certain fields to bool and datetime types in the parser query logic.

Security Impact (Visibility & Fidelity)

Per incident 660943681, the GCP IAM parser was non-functional due to type handling issues. Deployments using this parser experienced zero data processing from GCP_IAM_CL logs — this is a complete detection blind spot, not a cosmetic fix. The updated parser with explicit type conversions restores GCP IAM audit log visibility for identity and access management monitoring.
