Lookout Mobile Threat Defense: ARM Template Certification Fix

What Changed

Microsoft Partner Center certification flagged Best Practice Test 300.4.1.1 due to a malformed ARM template expression in the Lookout v3.0.2 solution package. The APIKey parameter reference was missing a closing bracket. The fix corrected line 1503 in mainTemplate.json and rebuilt the 3.0.2.zip package to match the corrected source file. No functional changes to the mobile threat detection capabilities or data ingestion logic.
