Rapid7 InsightVM CCF Connector Promoted to General Availability

What Changed

The Rapid7 InsightVM CCF connector definition has been promoted from Public Preview to General Availability:

• isPreview flag changed from true to false
• apiVersion updated from 2022-09-01-preview to 2025-09-01 (stable release)

No changes to connector logic, ingestion configuration, DCR definition, or KQL transforms. This is a lifecycle promotion only.

Deployments already running the v3.2.0 connector are unaffected operationally; the GA designation reflects Microsoft support tier upgrade and stable API surface.
